Dennis B. Green is an accomplished artist, metalsmith , and woodworker based in Indianapolis, IN. Born and raised in Indianapolis by two talented parents, my Father was an amazing self-taught carpenter and builder and a Mother whom was a gifted seamstress, sparked a creative fire in me that would never be put out! With no formal training and a product of public schooling I was always encourage by art teachers to push myself, one teacher in particular was Mr. James Lentz an amazing painter his love for the arts was infectious. Trained as a millwright, Green saw the potential of combining his technical skills of woodworking and metalsmithing with his love of the more creative steel sculpture and public art. the artist has artwork in the permanent collection of Celadon Trucking, Airfreight, Citizens Energy Group, Red Gold Tomatoes, and many more other corporate headquarters in central Indiana. He has participated in group exhibitions at the Indianapolis Artsgarden, Indiana University, Clowes Hall, and many others.
